1. Data controller

010 International Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter “we” or “010”). If you have questions about this policy, you may contact Jason or Quan, who handle partnership discussions.

2. What information we collect

• Registration information: username, password (stored only as an irreversible salted hash; we cannot see your password in plaintext), email, and company name.
• Partnership information (filled in by you voluntarily): contact name, title, phone, country / region, company website and profile, brand and product information, qualifications and certifications, markets and channels, and cooperation intent.
• Information entered by 010 staff: with your consent or based on information you have already provided, staff may create or update your partner file and record discussion status and follow-up notes.
• Necessary technical information: a session cookie used to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How we use this information

• Create and manage your partner account and verify login identity;
• Assess whether cooperation is feasible, talk with you one partner at a time, and record progress;
• Show you detailed materials and progress status related to the partnership.

We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to the above, and we will not sell your personal information.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process the above information based on your explicit consent at registration. You may withdraw consent at any time (for example by deleting your account). Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.

5. Storage location and cross-border note

This website is hosted on the cloud platform provided by Vercel Inc. Partner-account data is stored in its private storage service in Seoul, Korea (icn1). For users in mainland China, this means your personal information will be transferred to and stored outside mainland China. We obtain your separate consent for this at registration, and we protect your information with access control, encryption in transit, and other measures.

6. Retention period

We keep your information while your account exists and while partnership discussions continue. After you delete your account, we delete your account and partner file, unless laws and regulations require otherwise.

7. Sharing and disclosure

Your information is visible only to 010 staff responsible for partnerships. Except where required by laws and regulations or with your further consent, we will not provide your personal information to third parties. To provide the website service, the hosting provider processes stored data under its terms of service.

8. Your rights

• Access, copy, and correction: log in to the portal to view and edit information you submitted;
• Deletion and account closure: you may delete your account in the portal; the account and partner file will be deleted;
• Other requests: you may contact Jason or Quan for assistance.

9. Security measures

Passwords are stored as salted hashes using the scrypt algorithm; sessions use a signed HttpOnly cookie; data is stored in private storage and accessed on the server side with a key only; the whole site uses HTTPS.

10. Minors

“010 Brand Co-building” is for companies and institutional users, not for individuals under 18.

11. Policy updates

When this policy is updated, we will publish the new version on this page; material changes will be noted the next time you log in.
