You should ensure that the company information, brand information, and cooperation intent you submit are true and accurate, and that you have the right to provide them. If the information involves a third party, you should have obtained the necessary authorization.
3. Nature of cooperation
- Creating an account or submitting information or intent does not mean the two sides have established a partnership;
- Discussion status shown in the portal (initial contact / in discussion / letter of intent / signed) is only for syncing progress. It does not constitute an offer, a promise, or any guarantee of returns;
- The rights and obligations of both sides are governed by a formally signed written agreement.
4. Confidentiality of materials
Detailed brand co-building materials visible after login are only for you to assess cooperation. Without 010’s written consent, they may not be copied, forwarded, or disclosed to third parties.
5. Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the “010” mother brand, marks, and this website’s content belongs to 010 International Group Co., Ltd. They may not be used without permission.
6. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account in the portal at any time. If an account involves false information, abuse, or harm to system security, we may suspend or terminate that account.
7. Disclaimer
